SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
- Packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail with delivery tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking information once payment has cleared and I've printed your shipping label. Orders are shipped 1-3 business days from date of order and payment clearing, unless otherwise stated for custom orders.
- Once the payment clears, your order will ship within 1-3 days of finalized purchase. Every effort will be made to ship even sooner, if possible.
UNITED STATES ORDERS
- Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, with Delivery Tracking included. The tracking number will be emailed to you letting you know your package has shipped.
- Shipping upgrades are available during checkout at an additional cost
- Please confirm the shipping address you enter is correct. Packages are shipped to the address that appears on the invoice. I cannot be responsible (or issue refunds) for packages that are lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Buyers are responsible for any re-shipment fees for packages that are returned due to an incorrect address.
- If using Paypal, please confirm your shipping address with PayPal, so we both can be assured that your package is being shipped to the correct address.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Complete satisfaction in your purchase is my ultimate goal, my hope is that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the event you are not, I will refund the original purchase price, assuming the item/s come back in their original condition. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned
- Returns or exchanges require prior authorization. You must notify me within THREE DAYS of receipt of your package to arrange for a return or exchange. Please do not return items without prior authorization. Items returned without prior authorization are NOT eligible for a refund.
- Returns/exchanges must be shipped back within SEVEN days of receiving authorization in order to receive a refund. All returns *MUST* include a delivery tracking number as proof of mailing. Please email me with the tracking number so we both can track the return shipment. For your safety and protection, please insure the returned package, as I cannot issue a refund for an item that gets lost or damaged in transit while on its way back to me.
- Returned items must be sent back unworn, in their original condition, and sent back with ALL packaging materials. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Payments are accepted with all major credit cards and via PayPal . I do not see or have access to your credit card number. I am notified that you've placed an order, and I prepare to ship it without ever seeing your financial information.
- PAYPAL is a safe, secure and easy method to use. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this method. You can use all major credit cards with PayPal by paying as a *guest*.
